Tilt Switch is simple structure, easy to use, safe and reliable detector of material flow and level. its a compact and easy to installation, used to detect spot loss and feed loss on conveyor belts to control the absence or density of the bulk material during flow of the primary purpose fluids.

Tilt Switch Probe provide simple alarm output for both dry bulk materials. The rugged conductible material of mercury is filled inside of probe is suspended vertically over a material pile, bin or conveyor belt and as the material level rises to tilt the switch approximately 20° from vertical in any direction, inside contact will be activated, starting working alarm output signal.
When the switch returns to free stand position, contact will be reset. Simple composition and reliable, robust and wear-resistant.
